Regenerative treatments
These are some of the most advanced treatments for degenerative or damaged joints in the body, particularly the knees, shoulders, hips and spine but can be injected into any joint.
Conditions treated are: Peripheral neuropathy in the legs or arms, degenerative joint disease, degenerative disk disease, osteoarthritis, worn out meniscus, chronic tendonitis or bursitis, partial torn muscles and tendons.
Peripheral neuropathy is usually resulting from diabetes, toxins, chemicals or chemotherapy. This is where the small nerves typically in legs are damaged from lack of microscopic blood supply to the thousands of tiny nerves. Regenerative therapy can assist in the tiny blood flow improvement around the nerves, thereby improving nerve function and lessening symptoms of the neuropathy.
Joint injections are designed to improved tissue health in the joint and the repair process. We co-treat with stem cell specialists for these injections.
Key Components of Regenerative Therapy
Three things are used for success in regenerative therapy:
- Placenta tissue injections
- Infrared light
- nutrition
These injections are components harvested from the placenta and donated here in the USA by young postpartum mothers.
These tissues are NOT harvested from aborted fetal tissues, simply tissue from the placenta that will be discarded and destroyed. We can utilize these regenerative tissues from the placenta to assist our own bodies in healing and repair as we age.
These cells are harvested, tested, purified and prepared in a sterile environment to then be delivered to doctors offices to be injected in the affected areas. There are no known problems that have occured from hundreds of thousands of these procedures nationwide.
Typically that patient will be injected by a physician or nurse practitioner with extensive training under fluoroscopic x-ray or ultrasound to deliver the cells into the precise location. Then they will be provided instructions post injection, and any therapy that may be needed in conjunction with the injections. On average, two injections are needed, three months apart.
Another component of regenerative therapy is infrared light therapy. This is used to speed up cell energy and production which leads to faster healing, it is painless treatment that will optimize the effects of the regenerative cells from the placenta and is done daily after your injections.
Nutrition is an integral part to healing. Eating proper nutrition allows the body to heal more effectively. You will be guided on the foods that you must eat to optimize your results and healing.
How do you know if it is right for you?
If you are suffering from joint pain, you may have an underlying structural tissue defect that is the root cause.
Instead of treating your symptoms (pain) with steroids or other conventional methods, we address the root cause by fixing your “tissue issue.”
