Options
We Offer
Each option is explained at your consultation, including what current research shows.

Shockwave Therapy
Acoustic sound waves applied to the skin over the treatment area. Shockwave devices are FDA-cleared for uses such as temporary relief of minor muscle aches and pain and increasing local blood circulation. Research on knee conditions is ongoing.

Laser Therapy
Specific wavelengths of light applied to the skin. Certain laser devices are FDA-cleared for the temporary relief of minor muscle and joint pain. The treatment is non-invasive and typically involves short sessions.

Decompression Therapy
Gentle, controlled traction to reduce pressure on the joint. It is non-invasive, and research on its use for knee conditions is still developing.

Regenerative Medicine
An area of research on how the body repairs its own tissues, including stem cells and related biologics. These approaches are not FDA-approved for knee or joint conditions. Our providers can explain what current studies show.
